He was predeceased by: his father Larry Wilkinson Seal (Gary Glen Seal). He is survived by: his mother Margaret Scoggins Seal of Bogalusa, LA; his sister Patricia Seal Comardelle of Baton Rouge, LA; his children, Kenneth Wayne Seal of Maine, Jennifer Seal Ashley, Jesse Seal of Bogalusa, LA, Paytin Ane-Marie and Madisyn Nicole Scarkino of Baton Rouge, LA; and the mother of his children Paula Scarkino of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
