Kolton Tate is survived by: mother Amie Davis Fairley; brother Riley Passman; father Jensen Crain; grandparents, Michael, Anita Davis, Larry, Debbie Clement, Ricky Dale, Lasharon Crain and Lisa Crain; and great-grandparents, Edna Nobles and Dorothy Hines. Kolton Tate is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, teammates and friends.
