He is survived by: his daughter Mia Mizell; his mother Marie Mizell; his brothers, Brian Mizell (Linda) and Wade Mizell (Amy); his nephews, Kyle Mizell, Cory Mizell and Ethan Mizell (Sydney); his niece Amanda Mizell Yates (Justin); and his friend Harley.
