She was predeceased by: her husband Edward James Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Judy Phelps Thornton (Roy), Linda Phelps Sharpe (Bob), Charles Phelps, Kenneth Edward Phelps and James Wendell Phelps. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
