It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Teddlie Puckett of Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert James "Bobby" Puckett; her parents, Bill Teddlie and Ruby Teddlie; and her siblings, Billie Teddlie Facundus and William Larry Teddlie.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sue Teddlie of Marrero; her children, Allen Puckett (Cheryl) of Bogalusa, LA, Beth Pounds (Billy) of Bogalusa, LA, Susan Breland (Richard) of Bogalusa, LA and Trish McDaniel (Jay) of Marksville, LA; her grandchildren, Dusty Pounds (Amber), Rebecca Woods (Woody), Scott McDaniel (Melissa), Josh Pounds (Gina), Todd Wheat, Brent McDaniel (Brianne), Jeremy Pounds (Kayla), Ashley Simmons (Cody), Haley Carroll (Dustin), Richard 'Reb Breland, Justin Breland, Eric Breland and Acie Breland (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Barrett Pounds, Ayden Pounds of Reanna Sheridan, R. J, Brenlyn McDaniel, Kamryn McDaniel, Lily Smith, Kate Pounds, Molly Pounds, Damien Wheat, AnnaLynne McDaniel, Adalynne McDaniel, Wade Pounds, Maci Pounds, Emma Joyce Pounds, Bryce Slaughter, Ashton Slaughter, Marlowe Carroll, William Breland, Madison Breland, Myla Breland, Baby McDaniel, Baby Simmons and Baby Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
