He was predeceased by: his father Harold Billings; and his brother Bruce Billings. He is survived by: his children, Zachary T. Billings of Bogalusa, LA and Brooke N. Billings of Bogalusa, LA; his grandchildren, Dawson and Rosie Kate Billings; his mother Janice Billings; his brothers, Percy Billings (Miriam) and Duane Billings (Freda); and his sister-in-law Cathy Billings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
