He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Jenny Ann Smith (Matt) of Carriere, MS, Scotty Lee Welch (Courtney) of Carriere, MS, Colby Garner (Jessa) of Bogalusa, Cody Garner of Bogalusa, LA, Nikki Ferguson (Johnathon) of Bogalusa, LA and Stephanie Jenkins (Devan) of Bogalusa, LA; and his siblings, Connie Lazelle (David), Sandra Garner, Jean Baham (Scott), Jimmy Garner (Mary) and Paul Garner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
