He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Clyde Wheat and Corina Lucas Billiot; and his sister Gloria Jean Mitchell. He is survived by: his siblings, Bernice Thomas of Poplarville, MS, Barbara Payne of Brookville, PA, Henri Billiot of Gilbertown, AL and Bobby Billiot of Madisonville, LA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
