She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Raymond Marshall and Katherine Torrence Marshall; and her brother Kenneth Raymond Marshall. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Napoleon Franklin; her daughter Deanna LaShaune Franklin Joseph; her siblings, Gwendolyn Ann Marshall London (Leonard London) of Hammond, LA, Beverly Jean Marshall Williams (Anthony Williams) of Independence, LA and Wendon Julius Marshall of Bogalusa, LA; and her godchildren, Millicent Nina Franklin Chaney (Joseph Chaney) of New Orleans, LA and Al Scott, II of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in law, and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Metropolitan Baptist Church (1640 Charlevoix St, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
