He is survived by: his mother Lisa "Sissy" Kuhn-Helton (Allen); his stepmother Gwen Boone-Powe (Kenny); his grandfather Jack Boone; his siblings, Amanda Boone Freeman (Chad), Callie Helton, Donovan Boone (Jessica), Dustin Boone (Ashley), Jesse Helton and Chad Helton (Richelle); his friend Kamie Travis; and also Kameron. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Jason's family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to cover his final expenses.
