He was predeceased by: his wife Valette Adams; his parents, H. F. "Buck" and Maxine Adams; and his son Joe Fielding Adams. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Adams (Lori) and Jana Adams Norwood; his stepchildren, Gina Laird (Bill) and Joseph Giacone (Rebecca); his sisters, Sue Adams and Bonnie Adams May (Robert); his grandchildren, Thomas, Avery, Hayden, Michael, Brooke, Sarah, Jon and Harlan; and his great grandchildren, Aceley and Alani.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Jan's name to Asbury Hospice House, 304 40th Avenue, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 or any other hospice or hospital working so hard during this pandemic to serve our communities.
