He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Magee and Minnie Magee; his siblings, Ora Dee, John, Jr., Alvin, Jennifer, Jewel, Clyde, George, Leandrus and Michael; his brothers-in-law, Roy and Esco; and his great grandchild Nigel.
He is survived by: his wife Tinie Magee; his sons, James (Precious), Anthony (LaQuine) and Cedric Magee; his close friend Willie McCray (Old Man); his siblings, Bessie, Charles Ray (Doris), Lillie Rose, Florence and Rosetta; and his siblings-in-law, Pearlie, Ella and Min. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren; a host of godchildren, nieces, nephews.
