He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia Atchley of Angie, LA.; his children, Branden Moody Sr. of Angie, LA., Guy Atchley of Bogalusa, LA., Chanda Moody of Angie, LA. and Mary Ellzey of Magee, MS.; his siblings, Sammy Atchley of Taylorsville, MS., Bobby Atchley of Hot Coffee, MS., Pat Rhymes of Magee, MS. and Joyce Ann Tanner of Taylorsville, MS.; his sons, James Atchley, Jr., Joe Atchley and Paul Atchley; his parents, Charlie Atchley and Eva Atchley; and his siblings, Charles Atchley, Jr. and Johnnie Ruth White. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren and twenty four great-grandchildren. And numerous nieces and nephews and other friends.
