He is survived by: his wife Martha Rae Ellis Thames; his grandchildren, Curtis Heck (Amanda) and Christy Gomillion; his sister Clara Faye Graham (Billy); and his sister-in-law Gloria Breeding (Ronald). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
