He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kemp and Bertha Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Lou Kemp; his children, Cherie Kemp of Bogalusa, LA, Tori Stogner (Tommy) of Sandy Hook, MS, Mike Kemp of Bogalusa, LA, John Kemp of Shreveport, LA and Wade Kemp (Mary) of Bogalusa, LA; and his siblings, Doug Kemp (Sandy) of Bogalusa, LA, Wayne Kemp (Helen) of Bogalusa, LA, Marie Hunt of Bogalusa, LA, Thelma Jones (J. P.) of Lafayette, LA, Marion Bridges of Monroe, LA and Lorraine Latino of Bogalusa, LA.. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral service will begin for family and close friends at 4:00 p. m. Due to Covid concerns, all others wishing to attend are asked to come to the graveside service that will immediately follow at Lee's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
