He is survived by: his grandmother Zadie Mae Spikes of Angie, Louisiana; his siblings, Airea Forbes, Airrekia Sowell, John Forbes, Jr. of Bogalusa, Louisiana and Demetric Sowell of Bogalusa, Louisiana; his close friend Lakesha Michell of Bogalusa, LA; his goddaughter Haisley Michell; his uncles, Deacon Darren Lee (Lil Bit) of Slidell, Derrick Lee (Man) of Angie and Kenneth Spikes (Arynel) of Bogalusa, LA; and his aunt Yvonne Mondy-Johnson of Slidell, Louisiana..

At the tender age of 5, under his paternal grandmother's loving Christian guidance and influence, Jackie joined and was Baptized at Ford's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Sandy Hook, Mississippi, under the leadership of Reverend Edward Mark, Jr. Jackie was an active and Church member and sang in the youth choir until the arrival of the Coronavirus Pandemic...
