He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian H. Powe; his parents, Hubert Powe and Lilly K. Powe; and his siblings, Eulas Powe, Ruby Carney, Margie P. Feldman, Katherine Royer, Betty Jean Powe, Delores Butler, Mildred P. Castille and Minnie P. Paul. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
