He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Leroy Galloway, Sr. and Iris Marlene Tynes Galloway. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen "Tiny" Green (Billy), George A. Galloway Clara Blackwell (Christi) and Judy Galloway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
