He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Sorrell Penton; his daughter Sandra Penton Gendron; his parents, Johnny Penton and Carlie Penton; and his uncle Tommy Penton.
He is survived by: his sons, Harold Keith Penton of Bogalusa, LA and Kenneth E. Penton (Samantha Sharp) of Bogalusa, LA; his grandchildren, Carey S. Gendron, Kyle Gendron (Melissa Spears), Brandon (Melanie), Thomas Penton (Michaela), Kayla Penton Bond, Taylor Lott and Gavin Goings; his son-in-law Don Gendron; and his sister Hilda Merle Ryals of Slidell, LA. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
