She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Davis Parker and Julian Titus Parker; her husband Lamar L. Byrd; and her siblings, Shelby, Kenzie Parker and Julia Parker Wilcox.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Parker Scruggs (Mike) of Clayton, NC and Lyman Julian Parker (Joan) of Denham Springs, LA.; her grandsons, Brian Byrd (Emily) of Spring, TX and Brad Byrd (Sara) of Madison, AL; her great grandchildren, Leah, Lauren Byrd of Spring, TX, Landon, Austin and Mason Byrd of Madison, AL; her nephews, Ryan Scruggs (Anna) of Raleigh, NC and Brandon Scruggs; and her son Barry L. Byrd (LuAnn) of Seymour, TN.. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
