She was predeceased by: her daughter Tanya Levy; her husband Ronald J. Levy Sr.; her grandson Ronald J. Levy III; and her siblings, Joe DiCarlo, Sam DiCarlo, Toni Giacone, Lucille Bocho and Angel Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Levy Jr. (Donna) and Pebble Davidson (Don); her grandson Rick Levy (Emily); her great grandchildren, Braxton, Gabriella and Avery Kay; her granddaughter Anna Gonzales (Lorenzo); and her great grandchildren, Zoie, Angie, John Davidson, Kate Byrne (John), Genevieve, Stella, Elizabeth Bergeron (Aaron) and Baby Bergeron.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to local animal shelters and the Annunciation Catholic Church.
