He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel S. Talley and Tessie Allie Wascom Talley; and his siblings, Cecil Sherman Talley, Donald Ray Talley and Margie Sue Eads.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Gaye Talley of Bogalusa, LA; his daughters, Stacey Talley of Baton Rouge, LA and Wendy Talley of Bogalusa, LA; and his sister Geraldine Talley of Bogalusa, LA..
In lieu of flowers the family requested donations be sent to Superior Avenue Baptist Church, and or St. Tammany Hospital Hospice.
