She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Sapp and Henrietta Sapp. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Phelps of Bogalusa; her children, Robert Daniel Phelps of Bogalusa, LA., Laura Lynn Phelps (Saba) and Bobbie Lorraine Phelps (Schudel); her brother Danny Ray Sapp; her grandchildren, Lauren Danielle Dipietro, Robert Aaron Phelps and Brandon Michael Phelps; and her siblings, Timothy Randall Sapp and Deborah Sue Rexroad.
