He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle Stewart and Talmadge Stewart; his brothers, Dewitt Stewart and Jeffery Stewart; and his brother-in-law Junior Bedwell.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Crain Sheridan Stewart; his mother-in-law Idell Crain; his daughter Debbie Magee (Wade); his stepsons, Bruce Sheridan (Deidra), Kenny Sheridan (Sandra) and Paul Sheridan; his grandchildren, Amber Burge (Chad), Adam Magee, Matthew Sheridan, Chase Sheridan, Marla Sheridan, Austin Jenkins and Jennifer Williams; his great grandchildren, Kailee and Kinlee Burge; and his siblings, Howard Stewart (Linda), Janice Bedwell, Elaine Buras (Rick), Sylvia Forbes, Rita Jenkins (Buddy), Robert Stewart (Diane), Marion Galloway (Dennis), Boady Stewart (Kelly) and Emelda Hunt (Mike).
