He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Moody Williams; his parents, Cecil Williams and Dorothy Borde Williams; and his brother Walter Cecil Williams (Dub) of Ruidoso. He is survived by: his children, Sheree Williams Wascom (David) and Greg Williams (Myra); his grandchildren, Dustin Wascom (Shantel), Le'Ann Williams, Greg Williams (Buffy), Emily Williams and Jennifer Parker (Cecil); his brother Ernie Williams (Ann) of McAllen; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Moody (Ronnie) of Pensacola and Kathryn Williams of Ruidoso. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
