He is survived by: his wife Sandra McCray Forbes; his children, La'Keshia Forbes, Courtney Matthews of Bogalusa, LA and Brandon Forbes of Bogalusa, LA; his mother Celia Bell Forbes of Bogalusa, LA; his grandchildren, Chas Smith, T'naj Forbes, Tajdryn Forbes, Damarri James, Xiren James of Forney, TX and Chasity Forbes of Slidell, LA; his great grandchild Amier Forbes of Bogalusa, LA; his siblings, Patricia Gibson, Sandra Cooley, Pamela Forbes, Lenelva Tyner (Byron), Carol Varnado, Martha Forbes, Shawanda Mingo (Brian) of Bogalusa, LA, Oliver Forbes (Cynthia) of Pearland, TX, John Forbes and Jeffrey Forbes of Bogalusa, LA; his aunt Corrine Watson of Milwaukee, WI; his father-in-law Willie McCray, Sr. (Beris) of Bogalusa, LA; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Forbes of Houston, TX, Sharmika Godbolt (Justin) of Bogalusa, LA, Kenneth McCray, Sr. (Kimberly) of Arlington, TX, Darrick McCray of Bogalusa, LA and Roderick McCray (Kendrell) of Abita Springs, LA; his brother Donald Lewis (Patricia) of Bogalusa, LA; and his close friend Toriana Peters of Bogalusa, LA..
