He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mevers Seal; his daughters, Jane Hernandez (Jimmy) of Bogalusa, LA and Dianne Coleman (Steve) of Hattiesburg, MS; his grandchildren, Laura Stewart-McMillan (Drue) of Bogalusa, Candy Crain (Troy) of Bogalusa, Jessica Miller of Bogalusa, Jim Hernandez of Zachary, LA, Amy Fagan (Bryan) of Tupelo, MS and Danielle Gentry (Michael) of Magee, MS; his half-brother Patrick Seal of Salem, Ohio.; and his brother Jim Byrd. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
