He is survived by: his children, Valesqca Mendoza of Richmond, VA, DeShawn Torrance of Chesapeake, VA. and Julian Hall of Gulfport, MS.; his granddaughter Athena Mendoza; his parents, Gregory Payne and Joyce Payne; his brothers, Michael Payne (Tanisha) of San Antonio, TX, Derrick Thompson (Angela) of Stromberg, Germany and Reginald Payne of Bogalusa, LA; and his friend Lacey Tregembo of McHenry, MS.. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and countless family and friends.
