He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilmer Lewis and Ruby Carter. He is survived by: his wife Mrs Lucille M Carter; his children, Tora Pittman (Wallace) of Angie, LA and Brentona McClenton (Nancy) of Bogalusa, LA; his grandchildren, Cardale Carter (Brenda), Cortez, Cardareus Carter, Taishee Pittman-Mims and Antoine Pittman; his great grandchildren, Taique and Tainiyah Mims; his siblings, A. C., Arthur Dee, J. C. Carter, Al C, Robert Jerry Lewis, Iva Lee Carter, Gloria Mae C Pittman, Dixie Mae Mark, Annie Mae Thompson, Annie Pearl Pittman, Teresa Ann Fountain and Lisa Gail Pittman; and his godchildren, Marilyn Harry (Zach), Eddie Will Collins Jr., Kiesha Crumedy (June), Stephanie Deandre, Shauntay Sandifer and Keith Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
