It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Wayne Seal of Bogalusa, Louisiana, born in Varnado, Louisiana, who passed away on December 9, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ernestine Warner Seal; his parents, Robert Seal and Velma Pittman Seal; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Beulah Branch Warner; his son Robert Wayne Seal; his sister Jacqueline Seal; his siblings-in-law, Wilma Seal, Bobbye Hughes (Billy Hughes), Claudine Chestnut, Mildred Warner, Delores Warner, Wilton Warner, Leon Seal, Billy Hughes, Gilbert Holden and Bob Chestnut; and his nephew Dennis Seal.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandy; his son-in-law Kerry Cunningham of Abita Springs; his granddaughter Cassidy Cunningham of Lafayette; his stepgrandson Kerry Cunningham Jr. (Sheila) of Madisonville; his friends, Jackie and Rand Porter; his nephews, Jim Ezell, Rickey Holden, Tim Seal, Barry Seal, Randy Chestnut, Roger Warner and Greg Holden; his cousins, Mike Williams and Mickey Seals; and his friends, Mike Lewis and Marvin Kennedy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Poole Ritchie Funeral Home (216 Alabama Ave, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
