It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Albers Jr. in Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Albers (Pitre) of Bogalusa; his children, Stephen Albers (Gwen) of Slidell, Stacey Cockrell (James) of Holt and Sean Albers of Bogalusa; and his sisters, Mary Lapointe (Cliff) and Shirley Bergeron. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Shriner's Hospital.
