She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Causey and Vena Causey; her brother Jackie Leslie Causey; and her nephew Shane Willis. She is survived by: her husband Carlos Gipson; her children, Ron Gipson (Kay) of Blanchard, LA and Shelly Walters (Ronnie) of Bethany, LA; her grandchildren, Beaux Gipson (Christian), Paige Gipson, Sami Smith (Nick) and Ryder Walters (Leilani Williams); her great grandchildren, Suede Gipson and Houston Smith; her brother Hubert Causey; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Gipson (Linda), Anna Bearden (Ray) and Donna Pennington (Robert). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In memory of Jeanette, the family suggests donations be made to Lakeview Baptist Church.
