He is survived by: his wife Betty Stewart Skinner; his daughters, Rhonda Hill (Jimmy) of Stonewall and Debbie Lowery (Mike) of Blanchard; his grandchildren, Garrett Hill, Kelsey Hill, Lanson Simmons, Dalton Simmons, TJ Bounds, Kyle Lowery and Breanna Bounds; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Thomas Hill, Caroline Lowery, Emma Tate, Chevy, River, Levi and Ember Bounds. He is also survived by numerous other family members and close friends.
