She was predeceased by: her husband J. B. Phillips; her parents, William David and Willie Bell Collinsworth (Hines); her siblings, Harris Collinsworth, Dayton Collinsworth, David Collinsworth and Hazel Hall; her stepchildren, Michael Phillips and Itelia Phillips; her granddaughter Sharon Johnson; and her stepgrandson Patrick Flores.
She is survived by: her stepson Gilmer Phillips; her sisters, Belva Robinson and Virginia Treadway; her grandchildren, Brooke Armstrong, Kris, Lauren Pitts, Jonathan, Jeffrey Phillips, Steven Phillips and James Flores; her great grandchild Benjamin Pitts; and her daughter-in-law Gina Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
