She was predeceased by: her mother Geraldine "Jerry" Lankford. She is survived by: her father Wayne Lankford; her stepmother Doris (Bernie Purkey) of Vivian, LA; her sisters, Vickie Fedd (Kenny) of Shreveport, LA and Kathy Moore (Dennis) of Shreveport, LA; her stepsisters, Penny Langston, Becky Hilburn and Robin Hale; her nieces and nephews, Cody Moore (Sue), Taylor Moore (Sarah), Mandy Wall (Shannon) and Stacey Little (Russell); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla, Matthew, Carson, Addison, Landon, Lucas, Wren and Ivy.
