He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rascoe Harbour; his stepchildren, Donna Monroe and Tim Monroe; his niece Alisha Barker (Homer); and his nephews, Jack Eudy (Patty), Michael Robbins and Tim Bolton. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
