We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, at the age of 86, Jean Horton of Bethany, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Brown and Aleen Hanks Brown; her husband Robert Ray Horton, Jr.; her brothers, Jack and Charles Brown; and her sons, Jimmy Ray Horton and Tommy Linn Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Horton of Bethany, LA, Winston Horton (Cherie) of Elysian Fields and Aleen Adams of Dallas; her brother Wayne Brown of Quitman, LA; her sisters-in-law, Pat Dobson of Lawton and Mary Lou Whisman of Bartlesville, OK; her grandchildren, Christopher Horton (Samantha), Dustin Horton, Haley Horton and Tamonica Horton; her great grandchildren, Lezleigh Horton, Paizleigh Horton and Aidyn Horton; and also Bro. Jim Walsh (Kelly). She is also survived by friends, and special friends.
The family requests memorials in her honor to the Panola Mt. Zion Cemetery or Alzheimer's Assoc.
