She was predeceased by: her husband Charlas W. Bowman; her parents, Authur Wharton and Mary Wharton; and her siblings, Arthur Wharton and Margaret Padilla (Susie).
She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne; her son-in-law Mitch Jones; her son David Jr.; her daughter-in-law Kerri Smith; her son Anthony Smith Sr. (Cathy Mobley); and her sisters, Patricia Rylander-Ramirez and Cynthia Bumgardner (Glen Bumgardner). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-granchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
