He is survived by: his wife Janet Kirlin Duis Rosa; his children, Miranda Rosa (David White) and Benjamin Rosa (Savanna Moler); his grandson Elijah White; his stepchildren, Dean Duis and Donna Marcy (Roger Winker); his stepgrandchildren, MaKayla and Michael; and his brother Paul Rosa.
