He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cooper and Nancy Cooper; and his siblings, Herschel, Ellis Cooper, Gloria Jean Morrow, Betty Murphy and Judy Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cooper; his sons, Darren (Marcie) and Doug (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Laney, Colton, Callie, Owen and Max; and his sisters, Barbara Hanna and Nell Barmore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
