He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Grubbs Mangum; his stepfather Jason King; his brother Dustin Nolan (April Allen); his stepsisters, Morgan, Jessica and Sarah King; his nephews, Bobby Ray Nolan and Cohen Allen; and his close friend Lauren Cunningham. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
