It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Kelley (Bernice, Louisiana), born in Winnfield, Louisiana, who passed away on April 22, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma "Puddin" McGee Kelley; his grandson Charles H. "Chip" Kelley III; and his siblings, Bill, Howard, Burford, Bobby, Robert and Sissy.
He is survived by: his children, Pete Kelley (Anne) of Ruston, LA, Kathy Kelley Smith, Kim Kelley of Bernice, LA and Kasey Kelley (Pam) of Farmerville, LA; and his grandchildren, Sterling Grafton Jackson, Kelley Wayne Grafton, Kandi Kelley Collins and Klint Kelley.
