She was predeceased by: her husband William Edward Cook (Bill); her parents, Robert Hardin George (Jack) and Johnnie Tina Foster George; and her siblings, Asilee George (Priss), Bobby Jack George, Peggy Evelyn George Coffman and Franklin Foster George.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward Cook and Susan Carol Cook Moulard; her granddaughters, Carrie June Murphy Miller and Angela Elaine Murphy; her great grandchildren, Austin William Murphy and Ethan Cole Miller; her sisters, Carol June George McReynolds and Judy Kay George Emery; and her sister-in-law Eddie Sue Cook Smith. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
