He was predeceased by: his parents, Sircie Kelley and Lillie Kelley; his brothers, Leonard Kelley and O. B. Kelley; and his daughter-in-law Mary Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Kelley; his children, Alan Kelley (Karen), Susan Noles (Gary) and Ginger Murphey (Toby); his brother Herman Kelley; his grandchildren, Rachael Lary (Ben), Nathan Kelley (Tracey), Brandon Noles, Shelby Murphey and Riley Murphey; and his great grandchildren, Jake Lary and Emma Lary. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Mt. Sterling Baptist Church or to the Gideons.
