We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2022, at the age of 91, Nellie Jones Grisham of Benton, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Grisham; her siblings, Aubrey (Alice Fawcett), J. P. (Marjorie Keeth), Martha Ree Jones, Betty Lee, John Paul Jones Sr., James Earl Jones and Lelia Mae Jones; her nephew John Paul Jones Jr.; and her niece Karen Fawcett.
She is survived by: her parents, Jesse Earl Jones and Georgia Magnolia Bryan Jones; her children, Steve Grisham (Nancy) of Bossier City, Lea Ann Clements (Charlie Joe), James Grisham (Sherma) of Benton and Linda Meeks (Lee) of Baton Rouge; her grandchildren, Kristy Krivjansky (Neal), Stephanie Tuft, Hollis Grisham (Karen), Gentry Grisham (Danielle), Maggie Hodges (Hayden) and Nathaniel Meeks (Lexi); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Rivet, Grace Rivet, Kyle Krivjansky, Kaden Davidson, Ava Tuft, Carter Grisham, Brady Grisham and Ellis Grisham. She is also survived by her sisters and a niece.
The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Benton United Methodist Church Building Fund, 4615 Palmetto Road; Benton, LA 71006.
