She was predeceased by: her husband David Oliver Sullivan; her siblings, Francis Clark Keith, David Keith, Louise McCollough, Girtha Mae Thomley, Wanda Faye Parker and Katherine Wood; and her son-in-law Rex Sandifer.
She is survived by: her children, David O. Sullivan, Jr. (Lynda) and Gay Sandifer; and her siblings, Ed Hamilton Keith (Jeanette), Sybil Wren and Carol Perkins. She is also survived by five grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
