He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bradley Booker, Jr. and Mamie Violet Slack Booker; and his son-in-law Scott Beshea. He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Bozeman (Sam) and David Booker (Trudy); his children, Jerold Ray Booker, Jr., Renee Beshea and Tracy Whittington (Greg); and his granddaughters, Macie Smith, Marisa Beshea and Maisy Beshea.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Pilgrim Home Baptist Church-16258 LA-157, Benton, Louisiana.
