He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ezekiel and Margaret Caroline Irvin Bishop; and his granddaughter Cynthia Leach. He is survived by: his wife Zelda Christine Kirkham; his daughters, Kathy Kustra (Mark) of Lockport, IL, Donna Stuertz (Gary) of Casey, IL and Sandra Palacios (Jesse) of Benton, LA; his grandchildren, Matthew, Eric (Natalie), Keith, Alex, Shawn, Zachary, Maxton and Laila; and his sister Joan Kirkham. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials have been suggested to American Alzheimer's Association.
