He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bowen, Sr. and Edrie Cathey Bowen; and his brother Ed Bowen. He is survived by: his wife Pam Bowen of Benton; his children, James Bowen (Jeri) of Shreveport, Cathey Bowen (Dawn King) of Shreveport and Heather Raibourn (Kevin) of Longview; and his grandchildren, Bryant Bowen, Kathryn Bowen, Nick Bowen, Kalley Bowen and Sofie Raibourn. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
