She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Lynn and Ruby Eloise Merritt Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Susan Trichel (Jimmy), Kellie Houston (Jeff), Larry Modisette (Jo Anna), Mark Modisette (Iva) and Paul Bryant; and her brothers, Gary Lynn Lockey and Billy Lockey (Nancy). She is also survived by Eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Home Baptist Church (16258 LA-157, Benton, LA 71006). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Home Cemetery (16258 LA-157, Benton, LA 71006).
